We are building next-generation Agentic AI solutions that can reason, plan, adapt, and act independently within enterprise governance boundaries. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer specializing in Agentic AI to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade autonomous AI agents. In this role, you will work across the full lifecycle—from solution design and multi-agent orchestration to deployment and optimization in cloud-native environments. You will build intelligent agents that treat complex tasks as execution primitives, ensuring that every automated business process is secure, auditable, and context-aware. ### Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: • Multi-Agent Orchestration: Design and implement advanced orchestration patterns, including supervisor-worker models, routers, planners, and stateful workflows for multi-step agent execution. • Enterprise Cloud Integration: Architect and develop scalable AI agent frameworks leveraging cloud-native ecosystems such as Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Cloud Vertex AI. • System & API Connectivity: Seamlessly connect autonomous agents to core business systems, ERPs, corporate databases, and third-party APIs using secure function-calling techniques. • Advanced RAG Pipelines: Build and optimize end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and ETL/ELT data pipelines using Databricks and modern data lakes. • Responsible AI & Governance: Embed observability tools, evaluation metrics, and strict guardrails to ensure AI agents operate reliably and comply with enterprise security boundaries. ### Requirements • Core Programming: Strong proficiency in Python or Java, along with asynchronous programming, multithreading, and secure API development. • Agentic Frameworks: Hands-on, production-grade experience with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LangChain. • Cloud & ML Platforms: Solid expertise with cloud-based AI environments like Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Azure ML Studio. • Data & Vector Infrastructure: Proficiency in Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, or Milvus. • LLM Competency: Deep understanding of advanced prompting, function calling, state management, and enterprise LLMs (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI GPT models).
