Full Stack Developer

ISIR.AI is looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop and maintain modern, scalable and high-performance web applications and technology solutions. The role involves working across both frontend and backend development, building responsive user interfaces, developing APIs, managing databases and integrating applications with AI-powered services and cloud technologies. The candidate will work closely with software engineers, AI/ML engineers, data professionals and other stakeholders to develop reliable and production-ready applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming and problem-solving skills along with hands-on knowledge of modern frontend and backend technologies. ### Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain full-stack web applications. Build responsive, user-friendly and scalable frontend interfaces. Develop backend services, business logic and application APIs. Design and integrate REST APIs and web services. Develop reusable and maintainable software components. Work with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks. Develop backend applications using technologies such as Python, Node.js, Java or other relevant frameworks. Work with relational and NoSQL databases. Design database schemas and perform data operations. Integrate third-party APIs and external services. Integrate AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into web applications where required. Implement authentication, authorization and application security. Perform unit testing, integration testing and debugging. Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues. Optimize applications for scalability, speed and reliability. Use Git and version-control systems for collaborative development. Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards. Work with cloud platforms and deployment technologies. Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, QA engineers and other development teams. Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities. Prepare technical documentation for applications and APIs. Monitor and maintain production applications. Follow secure coding and software engineering best practices. Stay updated with modern web development, cloud and AI technologies. ### Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of full-stack web development. Good programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Node.js, Java or another relevant language. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js. Knowledge of backend frameworks such as Node.js/Express, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Spring Boot or equivalent. Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON and web services. Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server. Understanding of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is preferred. Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. Experience with Git and version-control systems. Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms. Knowledge of software testing and debugging practices. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud is preferred. Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD is an advantage. Understanding of AI/ML APIs or Generative AI integration is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to write clean, reusable and maintainable code. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
