AI Engineer

Nagarro is looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop and implement intelligent software solutions using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies. The role involves working with AI models, data pipelines, APIs and scalable software systems to build production-ready AI applications. The candidate may work on areas such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, AI-powered applications and cloud-based AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience with Python and a good understanding of AI/ML concepts. The candidate should also be comfortable working with modern AI frameworks, APIs, databases and cloud technologies. ### Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI and Machine Learning solutions for real-world business problems. Build and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based applications. Develop AI-powered features and intelligent automation solutions. Prepare, process and analyze datasets for AI/ML applications. Develop and integrate APIs for AI and Machine Learning services. Implement and evaluate Machine Learning models. Work with NLP and other AI techniques where applicable. Integrate AI models with enterprise applications and business workflows. Build scalable and production-ready AI services. Work with cloud platforms and modern AI infrastructure. Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability and reliability. Monitor AI systems and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, architects and business stakeholders. Participate in technical design and architecture discussions. Follow software engineering, security and coding best practices. Document AI solutions, technical approaches and implementation details. Stay updated with emerging AI, Generative AI and Machine Learning technologies. ### Requirements Strong programming experience in Python or another relevant programming language. Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and model development. Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Knowledge of NLP concepts is preferred. Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries. Understanding of REST APIs and backend development. Knowledge of databases and data processing. Understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-based AI solutions. Good knowledge of data structures and algorithms. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering best practices. Ability to develop scalable and maintainable applications. Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
